Shipping

Each order is prepared up to 24 hours after your order is placed (except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
You will be notified by email once the order has been shipped. At certain times of the year, the preparation can take up to 48/72 h.
We send all our orders to Portugal by regular (registered) mail without AR.
All international orders are sent by regular mail with online tracking.
In terms of delivery times it can take up to 10 (usually between 4/5) business days in Europe and 15 business days for the rest of the world.
You can upgrade to Express Shipping with deliveries up to 5/7 business days in Europe, 8 business days to the US and 8-9 business days to the rest of the world.
KUXIN is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and in the delivery of the goods to the carrier, so it will not assume the risk of loss and ownership of the goods.
We can only deliver to the delivery address provided with your order. Changes are not allowed after the order has been submitted.
You will receive a link to be able to track your order, as soon as the shipment is made through the indicated email address.

We work with CTT (Correios de Portugal), for normal shipping and express delivery.

International shipping does not include taxes and fees. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes that may apply at the time of delivery.
We advise international customers to confirm / calculate applicable taxes and fees before purchasing.
Section 4 - SHIPPING :: PRE-ORDER
On certain occasions, we launch new products with a PRE-ORDER option. All orders placed with one of the products indicated with a pre-order, will be shipped on the date indicated in the description of that product.
Section 5 - STOCK AND AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
The fulfillment of the order is dependent on the availability of the products. In the event that a particular item is not available, the customer will not be able to proceed with its purchase. Therefore, in the event of an error regarding the product stock, the customer will be informed immediately and the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days.
RETURNS
The customer is entitled to return the products (s) of an order within 14 days of receipt. The period expires after 14 days from the day you receive the items physically. Velvet (90% cotton) produced with the Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate that contributes to the comfort and safety of the child.
Filling: High quality microfiber, soft, washable and hypoallergenic.
Washing: Delicate fabrics (Polyester and Cotton)
