RETURNS

The customer is entitled to return the products (s) of an order within 14 days of receipt. The period expires after 14 days from the day you receive the items physically. To exercise his right of free termination of the contract, the client must send an email to hello@kuxin.shop with the following information:

- Order number;

- Items you want to return;

- Reason for return.

 If the purchase was for a personalized item, we do not make exchanges or returns

  

Section 1 - RETURNS

Can I return a product?

Yes. If you do not want to keep the product, you can return it within 14 days after purchase. However, you can only return a product according to the following requirements:

  • The products have not been washed or used.

  • The products retain their original characteristics and the packaging is undamaged (packaging that has been carefully opened is not considered damaged);

  • The product has not been tampered with and maintains the original labels.

 How do I return a product?

 Step 1: contact customer service

 The first step for returns and exchanges should be to contact customer service to hello@kuxin.shop and explain the problem and / or the reason for the return. The subject of this email should be “Return - order number XXXXX”

Step 2: put the item in the same packaging

Place the item in the same packaging. The article must follow with its original labels, without any trace of use, and proof of purchase. Any product that has suffered damage or shows signs of use is not eligible for a refund.

Step 3: Return the order

To return the order, send us the items with everything mentioned above. We cannot refund shipping costs and the amount will be deducted in case of return. As soon as we receive the order, we will notify you.

Step 4: Refund

After receiving and analyzing the product, we will refund the amount (if the refund is valid), within 15 working days from the date of receipt.

 

 Section 2 - RETURNS :: Defective product

We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and do not want them to buy products that may have escaped quality control. If you are returning a defective quality item, please let us know by email hello@kuxin.shop  about the problem.

As soon as we receive your order, we will review it and get back to you within 10 working days. As soon as we get confirmation that there is a quality defect, we replace the product or return the value.
 


 Section 3 - RETURNS :: Did we receive your return?

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with this notification. If you do not receive this email within 10 days of sending the return, please contact us at hello@kuxin.shop

 

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT

Please note that we do not refund or replace a product that has not been purchased from this online store. That's why we require proof of sale. The order number and billing information must also be provided.

  

Section 1 - REFUND AND REPLACEMENT :: When will I be refunded for the returned product?

 

After a technical evaluation of the returned product, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days.

  

Section 2 - REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT :: How will I be refunded?

 

If you return a product for any reason other than quality defect or exchange, as soon as we confirm that everything is in order with your return, we will issue you a discount voucher, including a code that will be sent to your email to discount the amount refund on the next order.

When we are unable to process the exchange of a product due to lack of stock, we will refund its full value.

Customers are fully responsible for the product until it reaches us. KUXIN does not share the responsibility if there is a problem with the return of the product
