This project aims to implement the internationalization strategy through the implementation of digital technologies and processes. These changes will adjust the business model, aiming to enter the German, Dutch, and French markets – in both B2C and B2B segments – leveraging operational and logistical synergies that will increase the average order value.
To achieve this, it is necessary to overcome language barriers, introduce digital functionalities that improve the customer experience, and integrate stages of the value chain. This involves equipping the online store with strategic actions in terms of planning, regulation and functionality, developing content for social media and blogs, implementing campaigns, and subscribing to sales and lead generation platforms.
Kuxin aims to be a differentiator in the sector, combining the comfort and quality of its products with inspiring design and targeting audiences with a taste for unique interior design.
Launched in 2020, Kuxin already has 10 collections and over 200 references, combining different colors, textures, and patterns that lend a sense of comfort to the decor.
